Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service govern the use of the golf score analytics service "GolScore" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by the operator (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a web application that analyzes golf score data entered by users and provides performance trends and improvement advice. We offer a free plan and a paid Premium plan (¥250/month, tax included).

Article 3 (Registration)

  1. Users register using a Google account or email address.
  2. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and properly managing their accounts.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The free plan provides basic analytics features at no charge.
  2. The Premium plan costs ¥250/month (tax included) and includes AI analysis, PDF reports, and additional features.
  3. Payment is processed via credit card through Stripe.

You may cancel your Premium plan at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using Premium features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

  1. Activities that violate laws or public morals
  2. Activities that infringe on the rights of us or third parties
  3. Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
  4. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  5. Unauthorized collection of other users' information
  6. Unauthorized commercial use of the Service

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Analytics results, AI analysis, and coaching advice provided by the Service are for reference only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Account Deletion)

Users may delete their account through the profile settings page. Upon deletion, user data will be removed from our servers. If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
